Property Law
We offer a fixed-fee Conveyancing service for the Sale or Purchase of your home or investment property, as well as specialist property law advice in those tricky situations to protect your most valued assets.
NOTE: our conveyances are for properties located in Victoria and Queensland ONLY.
We offer fixed-fee conveyances for established properties, new builds and off-the plan properties, as well as contract reviews within a 72 business -hour turnaround time.*

We are also able to assess the Purchase or Sale of your property into your family’s overall legal structuring and provide legal advice on the best holding structure of your properties based on your individual circumstances.
